Green Breakfast Smoothie

In a blender, combine the following ingredients:

  • 16 oz raw coconut water or raw almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder

Blend until smooth, then enjoy this protein and fiber rich smoothie! Vital ingredients such as kale, hemp, chia and maca are so healthy and can aid with digestion, weight management and overall health.
